DAILY

1. Checking Report
2. Attendance Register
3. Material Movement Register
4. Occurrence Report
5. Visitor’s Register

WEEKLY

1. Posting orders of Personnel coming to replace someone
2. Visit Report which points out deficiencies if any, in campus lighting and other areas, which may affect security

MONTHLY

1. Reports of returnable items which were taken outside but not brought back
2. Any other relevant matter

HALF YEARLY

1. Copy of ESI returns
2. Copy of Service Tax Returns

ANNUAL

1. Copy of PF Return
2. Feed back form
3. Any other documents considered necessary
